To receive the credits you must first view the entire webinar, complete the evaluation associated and then your credit certificate will be unlocked and available under the Certificates tab located in your ITE Learning Hub account. Sign In is required. If the session you attended grants PDH/AICP credit, the number of credits will be listed on the event page under the session description.

Special note about workshops:

Workshops that did not have breakouts will be available to view, complete an evaluation and earn PDH/CM credits.
Workshops that did have breakouts are available to view; however, since they do not offer PDH/CM credits, do not have a corresponding evaluation or certificate available.
