This session will showcase the outstanding work of the winners of the ITE Safe System Approach Student Video Competition. ITE student chapters from across the world created videos that highlight local, real-world examples of the Safe System approach in action.

This webinar will feature student teams as they present their winning projects, showcasing innovative applications of the Safe System principles to enhance road safety in their communities. Through these videos, students have creatively illustrated how the Safe System approach can eliminate road fatalities and serious injuries.

Learning Objectives:

• Learn about the winning videos that provide insightful examples of the Safe System approach.
• Hear from the students behind the videos as they discuss their inspiration, research interest, and the local projects or initiatives featured.
• Explore how these real-world examples demonstrate the effectiveness of Safe System principles in improving road safety.
• Participate in a Q&A session to dive deeper into the projects, challenges, and success stories shared by the student teams.
