The ITE Brand Evolution is an exciting initiative to align our brand with our diverse and dynamic community. Brand alignment supports our goals as we reinforce ITE’s status as a collaborative industry leader. The transition process will address our name, brand message, and visual identity in the development of clear brand guidelines. When implemented, the guidelines will introduce consistency to the ITE brand globally, while honoring our long history and local character.
Uplift Engagement Communications (Uplift Co.) was retained to bring a best-practice approach to this effort. They are connecting with individuals across the organization to understand the implications and the needs of Districts, Sections, Chapters, Councils, and Committees. This work will inform their recommendations and the development of brand guidelines, which are anticipated later this year.
ITE is undertaking the Brand Evolution Initiative to strengthen its identity, enhance visibility, and ensure consistency across all levels of the organization. Over time, variations in logos, messaging, and branding among Districts, Sections, and Chapters have created inconsistencies that can dilute recognition, cause confusion, and weaken ITE’s overall impact.
